Essence

I have been with you since your first breath, and I will stay there until you draw your last one. I am a lightness that flows within you, a creativity that bursts with all the colors of the rainbow, I am your courage, a veil of serenity, a beacon in the dark, your wisdom in the unknown.

I communicate with you through colorful dreams, body sensations, your fantasies, and feelings. Sometimes – through nightmares, tension, and fixations, as I intend to make you aware that you are trying too hard to become someone other than you were born to be.

I speak to you in the morning, in between your wakefulness and sleep. Can you hear my whisper as I ask you to be true to yourself? I want to be in connection with you, so that your life is wholesome, so that you are unharmed by criticism, unfazed by successes and losses.
