Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the size or colour of your purchase or you have just changed your mind, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in marketable condition, i.e. the labels or security loops have not been removed or damaged. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and complete of all their parts as delivered to the buyer. If the goods are damaged, unmarketable or returned later than 14 days after the date of delivery, we reserve the right not to accept the goods or offer a refund.

After receiving your request, we will send you a return form. Please complete the form and send it together with the returned product.

Also, enclose the invoice received together with the product.

IMPORTANT! Return costs shall be covered by the buyer. The buyer shall be responsible for the returned product. Therefore, we recommend sending by registered mail only. If we do not receive the returned goods, we will be unable to refund for them.

Having received the goods, we will refund your purchase within 1–10 working days, provided the goods returned meet the Return Policy.

Defective Goods

If you have received a defective product, a product different from what you ordered or a product damaged during transport, please contact us by email: hello@whoshe.eu.

 

Having received your email, we will contact you and make arrangements about the return, replacement or refund and we will cover any return and/or replacement costs.
